2008- 09 Fees

To Register For Iguanas!

Step 1: Fill out the new 2009 Iguanas Web Registration Form and Submit. The online form must be completed prior to practice.

Step 2: Get a Y membership for your swimmer (or family). Info is available at www.irvingparkymca.org This membership needs to be active thru the season (September thru March).

Step 3: Register for Iguanas Swim Team at Irving Y. Bring a filled out Scholarship Application if you need fee assistance.

Step 4: Fill out the Meet Signup Web Form, available here September 22nd.

Step 5:optional--USA Swimming Registration-  for advanced competition swimmers. Please print, fill out and return with check (made to ISI) to Erik or Lance.

2008-09  FEES: All members of the Iguanas must have current YMCA memberships.

Team registration for September thru April:

Full TEAM: $400, $200 for high school swimmers. Paid at Irving Y. Payment plans and fee assistance available.

Developmental TEAM: $200 for swimmers practicing  2 days a week and participating in only home meets (no invitational or fee meets).

Siblings also receive discounts. There will be NO additional fees for Y invitational meets or USA meets.

Scholarships are available for team fees, Y membership, USA fees and equipment. The Iguanas will not turn anyone away for inability to pay. For scholarship information contact Head Coach Jim Cortez or  the Aquatics Director Jackie Keane at the Y.

The Iguanas also offer participation in USA Swimming sanctioned meets. To register for USA Swimming print and fill out and return to the staff  with a check to ISI (do not mail it yourself).

Parents or guardians of participating swimmers are encouraged to volunteer by participating in fundraisers and  helping at home meets.Only through parent assistance can we continue to have a strong and reasonably priced program that offers the best developmental and competitive opportunities.
