The 3rd week of June 2008 20 Iguanas and their families traveled to San Juan for a training trip highlighted by sessions in the new San Juan Natatorium (LC facility) and travel to points of interest around the island including El Yunque rain forest and Old San Juan.

The trip was made possible through the fundraising efforts of Friends of Chicago Youth Swimming and grants on behalf of the Brian Russell Scholarship Fund and the Chicago Blue Dolphins Masters Team.
